What are your bracelets made of?

  • Our beautiful bracelets are made from czech glass, agate, fossil stones,  hematite metal, natural wood and turquoise stones
  • They are strung with durable elastic beading cord that is triple knotted and bonded to prevent unraveling throughout life of the bracelet
  • Disclaimer: Although I know you'll LOVE your pieces and will want to wear them EVERY SINGLE DAY, they are not created for everyday wear. Continuous wear could possibly lead to deterioration in the string and constant contact with the skin, oils and perfumes may cause the metals to tarnish more quickly than normal.

How do I know what size to buy?

  • Bracelets can be purchased in 4 sizes, S-6.5 in., M-7.5 in., L-8.5 in. and XL-9-9.5(+$2.00)
  • The average size is medium, so if you're able to walk into a store and try on a stretch bracelet with no problem that's the size I would recommend
  • If you are unsure of your size, use a measuring tape to help you

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 USD and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which ships in 2-4 business days

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • After payment is processed, orders available on the site usually take 7-10 business days to create and ship out

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Your satisfaction is our goal and we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping.
  • Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons
  • In the result of a shipping error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the shipping charges within 15 calendar days of receipt of the package
  • No replacements will be honored after the 15 calendar days
  • Merchandise will not be accepted if not returned in a padded envelope
  • A copy of the invoice must be included in the package
  • No exchanges or refunds on CUSTOM orders

What if I need my bracelet repaired?

  • Customers will receive ONE free complimentary repair of your bracelets
  • Customer must pay for outgoing shipping and we will pay to have them shipped back to you
  • ALL beads and components must be shipped together in order to have bracelet repaired back to its original state
  • Merchandise will not be accepted if not returned in a padded envelope
  • Additional repairs will be $10 and customer will pay for shipping both ways
