WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?: Once your payment has cleared, orders usually take 7-10 business days to be created and shipped. All orders are shipped USPS Priority and take 2-4 business days to reach the destination. Orders placed over a holiday, custom orders or requests for a larger quantity than what we have in stock may take a littler longer. Feel free to inquire before ordering.

PARCELS THAT SHOW DELIVERED: Please understand that once a package leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control and the responsibility of the postal service.  If you have a package that says it was delivered but you did not receive it, while we will do everything we can on our end to help research the issue as well, you will need to contact the postal service.  During busy seasons, packages shipped with Priority may take a bit longer to arrive than expected.

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Your satisfaction is our goal and we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping.
  • Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons
  • In the result of a shipping error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the shipping charges within 15 calendar days of receipt of the package
  • No replacements will be honored after the 15 calendar days
  • Merchandise will not be accepted if not returned in a padded envelope
  • A copy of the invoice must be included in the package
  • No exchanges or refunds on CUSTOM orders

What if I need my bracelet repaired?

  • Customers will receive ONE free complimentary repair of your bracelets
  • Customer must pay for outgoing shipping and we will pay to have them shipped back to you
  • ALL beads and components must be shipped together in order to have bracelet repaired back to its original state
  • Merchandise will not be accepted if not returned in a padded envelope
  • Additional repairs will be $10 and customer will pay for shipping both ways
